·          Represented various national and international financial institutions in connection with the workout and restructuring of defaulted term, bridge and construction loan facilities, including with respect to the reconstruction of a luxury resort destroyed by a hurricane.

·          Represented a “bad bank” in connection with disposition of commercial and medical office buildings, multi-family projects and undeveloped land.

·          Represented the private bank subsidiary of a global financial institution in connection with its asset based and real estate secured financings of high net worth individuals.

·          Represented a private equity fund in connection with loan facilities for commercial office buildings and retail mixed use projects in California and Texas.

·          Represented a public real estate investment trust in connection with financing of construction and acquisition of senior care facilities in California and Colorado.

·          Represented a salad company subsidiary of fruit and produce producer and distributor in connection with its information technology contracts.
